We will treat all your information as private and confidential except where we are permitted by law or where the disclosure is made at your request or with your consent.

Your name, address and telephone number will also be provided to the carriers to allow them to deliver your order.

It helps us evaluate the materials and manufacturing process and improve on them. We occasionally update our privacy policy to cover changes in our operating practices and UK law. This privacy notice was last updated on 28 May 2012 to include lots of tedious technical explanation about our cookie usage. Interesting, wasn't it?
It was updated again on 17 December 2012, in response to customer feedback, to mention our email practices.
Updated again in October 2021 to remove some techincal details you really wouldn't find interesting.
